Happy Libra Season!
Hi cuties!
I've been away for a whole month, huh? I feel really bad for neglecting my blog so much but sometimes life just happens. It's a whole new month and a whole new season! Libra season, to be exact. Libras are one of my favourite signs so if you're a Libra, happy birthday to you!
This month has really just been me going over to Zack's every weekend to spend as much time with him as I can. I wish I could just stay there forever and ever but Monday classes make that totally impossible. I also need to learn how to manage my time better when I'm over there to get some homework done... Somehow doing homework when my boyfriend is less than a feet away from me isn't appealing at all. Go figure :P
I picked up two lipsticks from the drugstore the other week. I'm in loveeeee with the dark vampy purple, and I'm constantly on the hunt to find a good cool-toned mauve. All the mauve lipsticks I've found turns out looking bright pink on me because of my cooler undertones. Boo. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know!
I stayed home one weekend to catch up on some errands and my friends came over to drink. I haven't seen my friends in a really long time and it was night to catch up and just have fun for the heck of it. My circle of friends isn't huge but it's all about quality not quantity, right?
Every time I go to Curry's, I can never walk out without buying something. This time I picked up a new ruler which I actually needed, and a thin eraser for detailed drawings. Both of these have proved to be quite handy lately. It's hard not to want to buy the whole store when you're in there. Walking into an art supply store really makes me wish I had time to paint these days. I'm sure I could make myself have time but I'd feel extremely guilty for not spending that time doing homework. But let's be real, do I ever do homework anyway?

Surprise! I'm not a blonde anymore :( I say that with a very sad face because I totally miss my blonde, but keeping up with the roots wasn't the best option for me. Mike and I decided to do an ombre and we lightened my ends even more. We went with a silver on the ends and darker on the top. Both will wash out quite nicely in a couple of weeks. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my hair lately, so I'm glad everyone else seems to love it a lot. In the future, I plan to become blonde for the rest of my life hehe.
It's only been two days since I last saw Zack but I miss him like crazy :( It's going to be Thanksgiving this weekend and he's going to come over for a couple of days. I'm so excited! I'm going to take him to eat pho for the first time and he's going to love it. Who doesn't love pho?
Anyway, that's really all I have to say. Maybe life will get more exciting soon, but for now, that's all I have to share with you. Now for some pictures :)

Virgo season already?!
Hey cuties,
I can't believe it's Virgo season already. I seems like I've been so preoccupied with the natural rhythm of life that I always forget that I even have a blog. It was only a couple of days ago that I realized that we've entered Virgo season. I only really care because my boyfriend is a Virgo ;)
So I've done a little shopping this month. I went to Garage and found these items on sale! I only got the crop top and the dress on the right because the middle one didn't fit too well. I also picked up new panties that I won't be showing, hehe.
I went back to see Mike to get my roots done once he got back from his Japan trip. He gifted me with a bunch of Muji pens that I love and adore! They're so fun to use and so cheap over there apparently. This time, we went with a silver toner but it didn't turn out as silver as I'd like only because it's impossible for us to bleach my hair completely white unless we burn my scalp off. In the end, I was left with almost a grey-toned brown which was extremely hard to capture through photos but looked quite amazing in real life.
I picked up a new agenda because sadly, my Andy Warhol one is overdue. I admit, I got extremely lazy with using it during the last 3-4 months but I still adored carrying it around and I just can't bring myself to part with it because it's Andy Warhol themed. I found
this fox one at Chapters and decided to get it because all the pages inside were cute. It's quite hard to find a nicely designed one from the inside out. Most of the ones I've seen had a nice cover but very plain and boring interior pages.
I also picked up two books that were on sale for only $2 each. This is one of the two that I really want to start reading just as soon as I finish Looking For Alaska.
So my boyfriend had a four day weekend so I went and stayed over at his place :) We watched a couple of movies in bed and had sushi brunch, yummm! He doesn't live in Toronto so it's quite far to travel to his town but I like being so far away from home while I'm with him.
Tada, here he is! His name is Zack and he's a Virgo :) Super cute, isn't he? He does Muay Thai so I know he can kick anyone's butt if they're bothering me, hahaha. Him and I are really into comics, that's our thing, I think.
(Check out his cute Super Man shirt). When people ask how we met, we just tell them that he saved me from a bear. That's the version we're going with and that's all you'll get hehe! We're still in our early stages of dating but I adore him a lot and I'm going to be mentioning him a lot more in the future.
Anyway, that's pretty much all for now. I start school in a week and I'm going camping this weekend so I'll be gone again! Hopefully I'll have more pictures and stories to tell when I come back. Although I dislike all the work I'm bombarded with during school months, I'm excited to see everyone and get back into the rhythm of things. Here's the rest of the month through food and selfies.

The Blonde Adventures Begin!
That's right! I finally did it. I swear, I've wanted to go blonde for years now. I remember talking to my friends about it even back in middle school and high school but it hasn't been until now that I finally did it. I've never dyed or done anything to my hair up until this point, so it was really fun for my hairstylist friend Mike to do virgin hair. I really liked my natural hair colour because it was a strange brown (definitely not black), but he convinced me that I have my whole life to enjoy my natural colour. Thankfully my hair was easy to lift colour out of. It quickly became a lovely blonde which we later toned into an ashy tone. I'm in loveeee with this colour and I'm convinced I'll probably never go back to dark hair haha.
For anyone who's interested in knowing where I got it done, my friend Mike works at
Spellbound, located downtown Toronto, right across from the Eaton Center.
(There's also a Markham location at First Markham Place). If you go to the downtown location, make sure you ask for Mike and tell him I sent you!
(Sorry the spam of selfies. I just really like this hair!)
After doing my hair, Mike and I headed out for food. He brought me to this place that makes amazing Japanese curry. I was in heaven.
Last Friday, I went over to Suki's and slept over. We drank that night and had a blast. I'm glad that I had least have her as a friend. She even brought me Starbucks one morning. Friend of the year.
We didn't end up sleeping much that night and woke up super early to grab some Mcdee breakfast and headed to the mall. She ended up helping me find a good pair of aviator sunglasses from H&M.
The rest of the week wasn't as eventful. I did learn that some people are quite dramatic and unnecessary, but still rather entertaining. These past few days have really shown me who I need in my life and who I really don't. Surprisingly, there are not many people that I need, apparently. But hey, if you put in the effort and they don't, then you know where you stand.
Anyway, I forgot to mention that I picked up a bunch of nail polishes. I'm ready for spring to happen! We got a couple of warm days and then it ended up snowing again. What gives, Canada?
Anddddd here's some food.
I ended up finding this in my bag the other day. It's a fork that Charming and I stole during one of our dinner dates back when we were dating. Instead of letting it get me sad again, I try my best to smile at the good memory this brings me. I still think about him a lot, but I'm sure he doesn't think of me nearly as much. I hope he's well.
