Okay Hi.

I know I've been slacking on reviews so here's one coming at you that I should have done weeks ago.  Today I'll be reviewing The Face Shop Lovely ME:EX Design My Eyebrow in 01 Grey Brown.



So it comes in several different colours, ranging from light brown, dark brown, grey, and so on.  (This is all from memory of what I saw in the store.  There was 5 different ones, I believe.)  I was originally debating about whether to get the brown or the grey but then I saw they had a grey brown and my life was just complete.  I'm sure the company had thought about this dilemma and thank god for that.



It's double ended.  On one end, you have the actual product that is angled.  I really like this little detail because it really helps when you actually start drawing on your brows.  You can go length wise to draw the outline of your brows, and then width wise to lightly fill them in.  It's also really good for when you want to draw straight brows because it's so easy to just draw straight across.

The other end of a spooly that you can use to comb out your brows before and after drawing them in.  When you comb them after, it softens the lines, making it less harsh and more natural.  Very, very handy.  I do this all the time.

As for the formula of this product, it's quite soft, but not buttery like you'd expect an eyeliner to be.  It's the perfect texture for an eyebrow pencil because it has enough wax in it to allow you to fill your brows in lightly without it looking too harsh or too dark.  You could of course build on the intensity by going over it one or two times more, or just by using a heavier hand.  I've used other eyebrow pencils and this really stays on your brows all day without melting or smudging away.  The colour also doesn't bleed out of the lines you drew, so you can draw perfect brows with perfect edges.

I definitely love this product and it quickly became one of my favourite products so far.  After buying this, I've become more attentive to my brows and I always use this, even on days I want to do more simple natural looks, or "no makeup" at all.  I'd repurchase this when I run out.  Highly recommended!  Plus, I've noticed a lot of asian Youtube gurus use this too!  Try it out~
