Slow week + Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Shine Deep Treatment

Let's update a little while I jam to some YGMA.  Oh yesssss.

It has been a real slow week, as I've continued to stay home most days and sleep in.  All I really do is watch Youtube videos now that I'm caught up with all my shows I'm currently watching.  Don't you hate how they end the seasons all at the same time and you're left with crappy shows to watch during the summer?  Bummer.

Other than that, I've gone out twice during the weekend.  Once to shop for birthday presents with Sariah and once to help bestie with some design stuff.  She's working on a site for someone and there are just too many problems we keep running into as we design.  However, the owner doesn't seem to want to change his preferences even though they aren't user-friendly and cause problems.  But...  I guess a designer can only give what the person wants right?  Sigh.


Green apple green tea while designing.  We ended up sitting there for about 3 hours and still didn't get much progress.

In some of my Cosmos, sometimes there are samples hidden between the pages.  I got a sample of Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle Shine Deep Treatment and I decided to do a quick mini review on it.

 


I put this in my hair after shampooing and left it in for around 2-3 minutes while I continued to shower.  One thing I noticed was the strong scent it had.  I'm not sure how to describe it but I remember being really turned off by it.  It had an "old lady" kind of smell, if that makes sense to anyone.  Even after washing it out, it lingered in my hair which didn't leave me very pleased. 

After I was done washing, I dried my hair with a blow drier and didn't really see a difference.  My hair was smooth but it wasn't any smoother than my usual conditioner.  As for shine, I didn't see a difference from my normal hair.  I have very fine hair which is usually naturally shiny anyway.  I was hoping it would leave my hair super shiny but sadly, it didn't.  My hair just looked normal. 



 I was really disappointed with this product and I'm glad I got it as a sample for free instead of spending my own money on it.  Perhaps it didn't work for me because of my naturally shiny hair to begin with, but yeah...  It didn't do jack for me.  Also the smell is enough to make me stay away from this stuff.  Maybe it'll work for others?

I'm running out of things to do at home.  A lot of my friends are busy and I'm broke so going out is not really an option for me.  I'm still working out but I'll admit, I don't do it as often as I tell myself to.  I went from 5 days a weeks to around 2-3 days a week.  I'm slacking, I know.

Charming is still gone but it's been a month, which means he'll be back in a couple more weeks :D  I can't wait for him to come back hehehe.  We'll be going out more often and doing exciting things.  Oh I'm so excited kdjgkldfjslgd.
