I'm sick & other things
So... This isn't fun, but I'm sick... But I'll get to that later. Here's a recap of my past week so far.
Mom came back from Hong Kong/Macau early in the week. Something happened so she had to go back for about a week or so. When she came back, she brought back a pair of shoes and a jacket for me :)
She also got a bunch of iPhone cases that are quite hilarious in my opinion because they're so ridiculous and *ahem*ugly. They're kinda so ridiculous that I use them just out of pure humour. I really like the cat one the best hehehehehehehehe =^

I mean, look at that Spongebob face. How can you say no?
Charming and I went out to places for a couple of days. We went to play pool with his friends. Well, they played, I watched. He's really good :) Anyway, we ate and drank bubble tea after; you know, how Asian bond and shit.
I was supposed to head down to OCAD for their grad show with my friends but I got terribly sick and couldn't manage to go :( For anyone that doesn't know, OCAD is an arts university here in Toronto; bestie goes there hehe. I'm kinda really bummed because I've gone to their show most of the years except this year and last. I really wanted to go this year!
I don't want to get into too much detail about how I'm sick but I've just got an infection that the doctor prescribed me antibiotics for. (They take too long to take effect! Grrrrrr!) The day before, while I was at Charming's old high school for a music concert, I started having a really bad fever and felt absolutely horrible during the whole day. It felt like I was gonna fall over and faint at any time. How I managed to stay alive is kind of a mystery. Anyway, I'm not that much better today and it still hurts to do regular, everyday things. It's horrible, guys. Horrible.
On a more happier note, I've really been enjoying making my own ice cream floats at home with my Starbucks tumbler cup, Coke and vanilla ice cream. It's so yummy and I remember doing this back when I was a little kid. Now I can do it in a more fancy cup haha
Anyway, the next post will probably be the follow up to my last post, the primer review. I'll be reviewing Etude House's Goodbye Pore Ever Primer! So that's pretty exciting, right? :D
I want to start thinking of possibly painting ideas because I've had a blank canvas just waiting around for about 2 years to be painted but I haven't even touched it yet! Oh, the problems of an artist. I'll most likely be working with acrylics and maybe some oils, so I'm looking forward to that. (I love working with acrylics!) What to paint is really the problem...
